As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider with Level 1 training in the Gottman Method, I bring evidence-based tools to my work with individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients ages 13 and older who are ready to build healthier relationships, improve daily functioning, and create a more balanced, fulfilling life.
